Just plug in the x value in the equation to find f(x). The x value is the domain, the f(x) value is the range
so when x=-4, f(-4)=(2/5)(-4)+5=17/5
when x=-2, f(x)=21/5
when x=0, f(x)=5
when x=3, f(x)=31/25
so the range is {17/5, 21/5, 5, 31/25}
