The correct is D. and E.

D. Iron

E. Potassium.

Iron is an important component in the body. It contains hemoglobin. If a person has no enough iron in the body then he will not have enough oxygen which carries red blood cells.

Due to poor diet, increased requirement during pregnancies and blood loss they can be  cause to low levels of red blood cells.

Potassium adds mineral in the body. It has very many functions in the body which may include muscles whereby they need it for contraction.

Muscles which are found in the heart needs potassium so as to regulate blood pressure and heart beats properly.

Potassium signals nerves, helps in muscle contraction and helps in fluid balance regulation.
