This theory makes more sense as it does not only focus on IQ test scores as the basis for determining intelligence in a person but it identifies and describes 8 different types of intelligence that are based on skills and abilities of a person. The logical intelligence is linked to a person’s abilities expressed in mathematics awareness, verbal intelligence that is rooted in linguistic abilities of a person , music intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, visual intelligence, bodily intelligence and naturalistic intelligence.

It depends on a lot more things. Like what types of exercise you are doing, this will affect the areas you are exercising and therefore will effect where you see the results. It varies from person to person, maybe give it a month. However, some work out that often and won't ever see results, it just depends on your body.
