Answer:

New task purchase

Explanation:

New task purchase is the one purchase decision that has not been done previously by the business as they did not have the need for a new product/task. The new purchase is different from re-purchase as a new purchase will require a lot of evaluation from the buyer both for the product they intend to purchase and the vendor that they want to purchase from. New task purchase is usually done by a company when a need is recognized within the organization. This need may come internally from the firm or may have come from externally (e.g. clients).

After the need is recognized the company tries to evaluate several products that can satisfy this need and also looks for consultants/vendors that can provide solutions for the need. During this process a company will look at several vendors and evaluate them for their capabilities to serve the product/service. After the initial qualification check the company asks all the eligible suppliers/vendors to submit their bids (also called the tendering process).

After evaluation of the bids the firm may decide to purchase the product/service from any of the vendor which suits its needs best. Many companies usually go for the lowest price bids when there is no difference in the product of different supplier and the purchase decision is made.

After the purchase decision the companies usually re-evaluate their purchases and then decide about the future purchases of similar product.

Common knowledge includes declarations such as february is the shortest month of the year. with common knowledge, we do not need
katrin2010 [14]
If the statement above asks whether it is true or false. The answer would be true. It is because when you have common knowledge, it is not needed for it to be quoted for it is already common among people and it is already a knowledge of which people knows about without searching or asking about it. Quotation marks are only used when you try to quote or say things that are from the original author, information or who or where it came from and it's not yours. With common knowledge, there is no need to use them for it is already known by a lot of people and are too obvious for it to be asked of.

A parcel of real estate has been left to a woman through her husband's will for her use and enjoyment during her lifetime, with
wolverine [178]

Answer: A) Remainderman

Explanation:

A Remainderman may sound like something from a horror movie but it is a property law term that refers to a person that is billed to take over or inherit an estate after the LIFE ESTATE of the previous owner is terminated.

Life Estate is an agreement where a person owns a property or asset for the duration of their life but as soon as they pass on, the asset or property reverts back to the original owner of a THIRD party.

The Remainderman is the person who the property reverts to.

In the above scenario therefore, the woman is in possession of a Life Estate but the Stepson is the Remainderman.

According to "sleep rules raise trucking costs," in 2013 the federal motor carrier safety administration estimated the new rules
erik [133]
The government really just expected reduced highway fatalities.  Even though that it costs these multibillion dollar companies a little more to let their drivers rest, it sill makes the roads safe for all drivers.  Driving while tired is almost as bad as driving under the influence, so making sure that these truck drivers get sleep make sure everything is super safe for everyone.
