We use the formula:
x± s <span>t_<span>(1−c)/2 / </span></span>√n = 5

(1 - c)/2 = (1 - 0.95) / 2 = 0.025
Using the t score calculator at this value, at the 95% confidence internval,
t = 0.5080, So
100 - 19(0.5080) / √n = 5
Solving for n
n = 97

weeeeeb [17]

Answer:

x^{2} +2y^{2} +8xy

Step-by-step explanation:

6x^{2} -4xy + 2y^{2} -5x^{2} +2xy+10xy

Okay, so of course you need to add like terms. But where should you start? Well, 6x^{2} and -5x^{2} are both like terms, so lets add them first.

6x^{2} -5x^{2} = x^{2}

Also, -4xy, 2xy, and 10xy are like terms, so we can add them together too.

-4xy + 2xy +10xy = 8xy

There isn't anymore like terms, so now we need to put it in simplest form.

x^{2} +2y^{2} +8xy

Hope this helps! I actually think 2y^2 is before x^2 in the answer, but unless you need it in simplest form it shouldn't matter. Review with your teacher before turning in if you can. :))

Natasha_Volkova [10]

Answer:

The decrease of the decimal rate -1.05 mm/year can be rounded to -1. You don’t need to round 2.48 because you’re multiplying by -1. Since -1.05 is negative and rounded to a greater value, the estimate could be adjusted to a slightly lesser value, maybe -2.5 or -2.6.

Step-by-step explanation: I'm taking the test

What is the value of the truck initially, Ao, and how would the graph change if the depreciation rate was 15% per year?
slavikrds [6]
No. of years = y, cost price=c
value function = V(y)= c*[(0.85)^y]

as y increases, V decreases exponentially.

at y=0 , V=c.

so, the graph looks like [y,V(y)] shown in attachment
