This pattern is referred to as partial reinforcement.
It means that the person presenting you with reinforcement is not using its entirety, but rather only a portion is used in order to reinforce you and your actions and thoughts. It might make some of your habits stronger.

The following is an argument regarding whether or not I/O psychologists should be licensed or not:

 • In my opinion, it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to be a licensed practitioner. The reason for that is the situations or the cases an I/O Psychologist is concerned with are not largely physical or mental but are operational. Such situations need tactical skills more than theoretical knowledge associated with such situations, which in most cases, might not even exist.
 • Hence, it can be said that though the work of an I/O Psychologist is related to the psyche of the people he deals with, the methods that he uses to solve the problems need to be dynamic and not rigid. Thus, we can conclude that it should not be made mandatory for an I/O Psychologist to bear a license for practice.

A map scale may be defined as the relationship between the distance or the length of the original ground and their corresponding distance on the map.

a). The advantage that a large scale map shows representing a smaller portion area on the map is that it can cover or represent all the details of the landscape on the map.

b). The advantage of a small scale map showing the entire glove has the advantage it can effectively communicate the various processes as well as trends which affect everyone.

Religion conflict happening in South Africa
Irina18 [472]

Explanation:

Christianity opposes racism for theological reasons. However, as the center of cultural traditions, Christianity has sometimes been used in ethnocentrism or racism. This can be seen in the historical development of a racist “ideology” in South Africa, including the role of the South African version of Calvinism. Ideology is not only explicitly stated beliefs. It is a stated symbolic set of meanings that organize a culture. A sociological analysis of religion, in addition to a theological analysis, is needed to understand this development. These analyses can help those within the church and the social work profession become more aware of subtle dynamics of cultural racism.
