Its a universal practice that you can not start treatment to your patient until you have consent from him/her.

So, here you should first call to teacher and ask him/her to inform and contact parents of child to obtain consent for you to start treatment.

It's not an emergency case because minor injury does not affect physically to child and he is alert, conscious and lack of life-threatening injuries so ask for consent first from his/her parents before treatment.
