How to make a healthy diet?
romanna [79]
A healthy diet is the diet which is not hurting our health, and can even improve it. It is often based on using vegetables and fruits, and it decreases the risk of cardiovascular disease and death... Healthy diet is every diet which significantly limits the use of red meat, alcoholic drinks and salt, and reduces consumption of sugary drinks and processed meat. It usually contains non-starchy vegetables and fruits, with red, green, yellow, white, purple or orange pigments. Even if you use higher-calorie foods, you should control the size of the portions.
