A continuous graph is a graph where it does not break apart and all points are connected, for example, y=x. You get a line intersecting the origin that increases to infinity, and all points are connected.

What isn't a continuous <span>(discontinuous graph)</span> graph is a graph  is a graph with asymptotes. Asymptotes usually occur when the variable is in the denominator, for example y = 1/x. Dividing anything by 0 would make an error, a no solution, so if x was 0 then there would be no solution, no point on the graph. So the graph would be discontinuous at x=0.

Which is a pair of vertical angles?
malfutka [58]

Answer: ∠TRS and ∠VRW  (Choice B)

========================================================

Explanation:

Ignore ray RU. I would redraw the entire thing without ray RU as part of the picture. See below.

Notice how lines TW and SV intersect to form an X shape.

The angles TRS and VRW shown in red are opposite one another, so we consider them to be vertical angles. Vertical angles are always congruent.

olasank [31]

In a random sample of students at a middle school 24 wanted to change the mascot and 30 wanted to keep the current mascot.

So total number of students in the sample = 30+24= 54

Number of students in random sample who wanted to keep the current mascot = 30

So out of 54 students 30 wanted to keep current mascot.

So for 1140 students = (30/54)*1140  = 633 students want to keep the currect mascot.

Answer: Third option 633 students.
