It is true that the effects of tobacco use on society include high taxes and loss of life. Taxes are constantly rising when it comes to tobacco use to make people realize how awful a vice smoking is and to prevent them from using tobacco. The government believes that if the taxes are higher, fewer people will buy cigarettes, however, that is not always the truth. However, smoking does lead to many people dying due to lung cancer.

What is an example of actor-observer bias?
devlian [24]

Answer:

For example, if someone is late and he is also apologizing for being late.

Explanation:

An actor-observer bias is a type of bias that explains how we interact with other people and make perceptions about them.

For example, if someone is late and he is also apologizing for being late, but you have assumed him to be a latecomer, and you might think he has no regard neither for you nor for your time.

People don't tend to succumb to this bias with their close friends and family members.

A musical phrase does not necessarily need to have a sense of completion in and of itself.a. Trueb. False
denis23 [38]

Answer:

The correct option is : True.

Explanation:

A musical expression does not necessarily have to sound full in and of itself. The smallest harmonic unit consists of 3 tones, called a chord. Consonant harmonies generally give a feeling of stress. The word harmony has to do with the horizontal dimension of music.
