tandard form. (2 points)
3, -13, and 5 + 4i

f(x) = x4 - 8x3 - 12x2 + 400x - 1599

f(x) = x4 - 200x2 + 800x - 1599

f(x) = x4 - 98x2 + 800x - 1599

f(x) = x4 - 8x3 + 12x2 - 400x + 1599

p(x)=x^{4} - 98x^{2} + 800x - 1599

given x = a is a zero of a polynomial p (x) then

(x - a) is a factor of the polynomial

complex zeros occur in conjugate pairs

5 + 4i is a zero hence 5 - 4i is a zero

factors are (x - 3),(x + 13),(x - (5 + 4i) and (x - (5 - 4i)

The polynomial is the product of it's factors

p(x) = (x - 3)(x + 13)(x - (5 + 4i)(x - (5 - 4i)

expanding the factors

p(x) = (x^{2} + 10x - 39)(x^{2} - 10x + 41)

    = x^{4} - 98x^{2} + 800x - 1599

Answer:

All the possible values of a-b lies in the interval 3.

Step-by-step explanation:

As the range of a is

3

As the range of b is

4

As a contains the set of number between 3 to 4, and b contains the values of from 4 to 5.

a-b can be obtained by subtracting the values of b from a.

So,

a-b

⇒ (3

⇒ 3

Therefore, all the possible values of a-b lies in the interval 3.

Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

yearly cost for housing expenses = $11,400, average monthly cost for food = $650

yearly clothing cost = $900,

average monthly cost for transportation= $500,

Yearly cost for insurance & medical= $14,400

yearly cost for emergency fund = $600

average monthly college saving = $50

Step-by-step explanation:

Yearly housing = monthly cost * 12 = 950 * 12 = 11400

Food, monthly = 7800 /12 = 650

Clothing, yearly = 75 * 12 = $900

Monthly transport = 6000 / 12 = $500

Insurance and medical = 1200*12 =14400

Emergency fund = $50 * 12 = $600

College saving = $600 / 12 = $50
