When graphing a line, what are the y-intercept equations for 2 perpendicular lines?

Say you have 2 perpendicular lines that are:

$y=2x+2$

$y=- \frac{1}{2} -2$

These lines are perpendicular because the slope is the negative reciprocal(flip the numerator and denominator EX: $\frac{2}{1}=2$ therefore the negative reciprocal is $- \frac{1}{2}$) and the y-intercept is just where each of the lines cross the y-axis.
