The blending of traits is a form of intermediate inheritance which shows the property of not completely dominating over the other trait. Such a type of inheritance results in the formation of a third phenotype. This process of blending where on trait does not mask over its paired allele is called as the incomplete dominance

This feature is mostly absorbed in physical features like eye color and skin color
