It makes her seem innocent and ignorant much like a child would be. When Torvald says, "That is like a woman!", it is not just a statement of fact. Torvald sees women as innocent, ignorant and helpless much like a child would be. The other two options do not fit because that do not show that Torvald thinks of Nora as a child.
