Histamine causes local blood vessels to dilate, increasing blood flow to the area. Increased blood flow brings white blood cells to the infection site, where they can attack pathogens. The increased blood flow also causes swelling and redness in the infected area. The whitish liquid, or pus, associated with some infections contains white blood cells, dead cells and dead pathogen. Hope it helped.

What are the two factors that affect the friction between two surfaces
BabaBlast [244]

Answer:

The two factors are:

• The kind/type of surface involved.

• The force that the surface are being pushed together.

Explanation:

Friction can be said to be the general term used to describe the force that one surface exert on another when they rub against each other.

When the surface is partially not smooth or totally rough, a greater force is been needed to move one surface past the other.

The weight of the can also significantly be a key factor. This is where the need to friction reduction come to play a role; and need for friction reducers like lubricant, rollers etc helps.

A body cell has been growing and synthesizing proteins. In the nucleus of this body cell, DNA replication is taking place, and a
goblinko [34]

The best conclusion you can make about the life cycle of this cell is that the cell is in the S phase of interphase and will move next to the G2 phase.

S phase (Synthesis Phase) is the phase of the cell cycle in which all of the chromosomes (DNA) are replicated within the nucleus. During this phase, the DNA is effectively doubled as each chromosome contains two sister chromatids. After the S phase, the cell enters the G2 phase where various proteins (such as microtubules) are synthesized.

The use or expression of different subsets of genes to manufacture proteins drives the specialization of distinctive cell types
elixir [45]

According to the research, the correct option is differentiation. The expression of different subsets of genes to manufacture proteins drives the specialization of distinctive cell types and is referred to as differentiation.

What is differentiation?

It is the process by which a cell becomes another more specialized cell type that will involve morphological variations in the composition of its membrane and are produced due to a reprogramming of its gene expression.

Evolutionarily it has remained a stable process, occurring as the morphological and physiological transformation of meristematic cells into adult tissues or specialization.

Therefore, we can conclude that according to the research, the correct option is differentiation. The expression of different subsets of genes to manufacture proteins drives the specialization of distinctive cell types and is referred to as differentiation.

Explanation:

DNA is the information molecule. It stores instructions for making other large molecules, called proteins. These instructions are stored inside each of your cells, distributed among 46 long structures called chromosomes. These chromosomes are made up of thousands of shorter segments of DNA, called genes.
