Y=mx+b. I think because +b gives it away which never goes through the origin, and we just reviewed this at school.

All you would do is divide for this problem so, 


13.75 ÷ 5 = 2.75

So one pack would cost 2.75

6x=-24 
x=-4 

Therefore, this number would be -4.

So you’d add 5 and 3 so it’s 8 ft/s

You then divide 220/8

So it should be 27.5 seconds.
