The water stays there and forms a water table, ( example: when you dig in sand and reach water ) What are two factors determine how easily water can move through underground materials...?  Water underground trickles down down between preamble materials like, soil a through cracks and space in a layers rock.

Two ways you can determine how easily water can move through underground materials is if you go a bucket of rocks it would pass through it  because there are cracks and it could go through the soil. i just put this in it was 100% Good luck
