Malcolm X was a African American nationalist. He was assassinated on February 21, 1965, in  Washington Heights, New York City, NY. He had several children and a wife named Betty Shabby who also died in 1965. i think he was assassinated by a opposing Black Muslims. he was mostly a <span>human rights activist and prominent black nationalist leader who served as a spokesman for the Nation of Islam.</span>
