So, there is a rule that says if you are adding or subtracting something with a common denominator, you can put the numerators together and simplify.
$\:\frac{a}{c}\pm \frac{b}{c}=\frac{a\pm \:b}{c}$
Which applying to your equation gives
$=\frac{x-2+4x-4}{6x^2+6x}$

which you then simplify to 
$=\frac{5x-6}{6x^2+6x}$
