The first real pharaoh of Egypt is Narmer.

Explanation

Also known as Menes meaning “He who endures”, he united Lower Egypt also known as Red Crown and Upper Egypt also known as the White crown, thereby making him the first of his dynasty in the Old Kingdom.

It happened around 3100 BC. He is believed to involve in the two significant contributions to the people of Egypt- Worshiping Gods in the form of idols and Practicing sacrifice to Egypt for the sake of religion.
