Whats is the answer to 6×4?

Mathematics

6x4=24

Multiplication is just repeating addition! For example, you can use repetitive (repeating) addition to solve 6x4.

6+6+6+6=24

I added 6 4 times to get to 24. I added it four times because you are multiplying 6 by 4! I am adding 6 (the first number) 4 times (the second number)!

Other examples:

1 x 7=7 because 1+1+1+1+1+1+1=7

2x2=4 because 2+2=4

I hope this helped! :)

3 divided by what equals 5
Galina-37 [17]

Call "what" by the name ' W '.

You said "3 divided by what equals 5:      3 / W = 5

Multiply each side by ' W ' :                        3        = 5 W

Divide each side by  5 :                             3 / 5   =    W

Dima020 [189]

Answer:

Terminal side in 2nd Quadrant

Only sin(x) & cosec(x) are positive in 2nd Quadrant

\sin( x )  =  \frac{5}{13}  \\

Perpendicular=5

Base=√(13²-5²)=√(169-25)=√144=√12²=12

Hypotenuse=13

\cos(x)= -  \frac{12}{13}  \\ \tan(x)  =  -  \frac{5}{12}  \\  \cosec(x)  =  \frac{13}{5}  \\  \sec(x)= - \frac{13}{12}  \\\cot(x) =  -  \frac{12}{5}
