<span>An organelle is a functional subunit enclosed by a membrane within a eukaryotic cell. The name "organelle" means little organ and the name comes from the analogy with organs: what an organ is to a body, an organelle is to a cell. So, the organelle is the organ of the cell. There are different types of organelles in cells, such as nucleus, mitochondria, Golgi apparatus, endoplasmic reticulum, chloroplasts, vacuoles, and they all have a different function. For example, the nucleus is the organelle which main function is control of cell activities. Mitochondria are organelles which main function is energy production. </span>

How does ATP store energy for life's processes and how is it recycled?
maw [93]
ATP stores energy in the form of a high energy phosphate bond which then joins the terminal phosphate group to the rest of the molecule. When the cell needs energy, it takes the ATP and converts it to ADP and phosphate. Rather than discarding them, they travel back to the mitochondria where they are recycled in order to produce another ATP!

Sever21 [200]

Answer:

Option-D

Explanation:

Arabidopsis is a model organism plant used by scientists all over the world to study the genetic mutations and the effect of various factors on the plant.

In the given case, it has been mentioned that the plants were growing in the drought or no water conditions and the high salinity or high salt conditions.

The high salt condition interferes with the absorption of other nutrients whereas, in less water condition, the loss of water from the plant not equals the absorption as a result of which the plant dehydrates.

Thus, Option-D is correct.
