You can go to your local wildlife ranger station or you could go to a park and ask a ranger there.
You have to give him time don’t force it on him let him make his own decisions and maybe he will be with you but you can’t force him into it. :)
The nurse should be kind and remind the parents not to put blame on themselves and the things in which they cannot control.
