The correct answer is - C. South Africa.

Africa is not a continent that can brag about stability and safety in its nations, on contrary, most of the countries are very risky and dangerous for living.

Somalia is having a civil war for quite some time now, and it doesn't seem to end in the near future as it goes. The Ivory Coast is practically divided into southern and northern part which very often enter into military conflict. Chad is in the top 5 most corrupt countries in the world, and racketeering, murdering, and beating, stealing, are all things that are part of the daily life.

South Africa, is the most stable from the countries of choice in this list, and that is mainly referring to the stability of the country itself. But don't be fooled, because the South African society has huge problems, and it is the country that bears the infamous title of being the most dangerous place for living in the world if you are a white person.
