First of all, for our first scenario, the variation or spread of a data set is represented by the range. You subtract the largest and smallest number in the data set to find how much is in between.

m= (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)= (3-3)/(-4-6)= 0/-10 = 0
m=0

using y-y1=m(x-x1)
we get
y-3=0(x-6)
y-3=0

y=3 is the equation of the line
