These are much more personal and are generally more vivid. The second blank is referring to semantic memory. This type of memory is developed through a series of differing life experiences and culminates into our understanding of various facets of the world around us. This is much less direct than episodic memory.</span>
Basically, the effect is that Europe could be facing the sun or away from the sun. when its close to the sun its hot. when its far away from the sun its cold.
