The answer is B because you must divide the shape into three sections and get the area of each of the three sections if you follow the lines that you drew on the figure you have three sections the area of the bottom left rectangle is 70 and the area of the large rectangle is 88. The area of the triangle is 42 if you add these three values together you get 200 which is answer B

its's 200 sq feet, I added extra lenghts and the circled numbers are areas for that part of the shape.
