The break even point is when C and R are equal....so set them equal

36x + 200 = 76x
200 = 76x - 36x
200 = 40x
200/40 = x
5 = x 

C = 36(5) + 200            R = 76(5)
C = 180 + 200              R = 380
C = 380

so the break even point is 380

Slope intercept inequality is in the form mx+b m standing for slope and b standing for y intercept
m= 4/3
b= -2 line passes (0,-2)

use y2-y1/x2-x1
(3,2)(-3,-6)
-6-2/-3-3
-8/-6
4/3 = slope

now the shaded area is on the LEFT side so this means that THE X has to be less than

Let they meet after second car travels for x hours'
let v be the speed  of second car and V be speed of first car.
Then time taken by first car=x+2
V(x+2)=vx (distance covered is same.)
\frac{v}{V} = \frac{x+2}{x} 
subtract 1 from both sides
 \frac{v-V}{V} = \frac{2}{x} 
v-V= \frac{2V}{x}
