16 2/3 %
0.16666 (6 repeating forever) type it as a decimal
(also, from now on, just know that the 6 is repeating forever)
x = .1666 then you set that to equal x
10x= 1.666, 100x=16.66         and multiply by 10 and 100
100x-10x= 90x                        then subtract
16.66 - 1.66 = 15                     do it again, but with the numbers
90x=15 now you set them to each other
x= 15/90                                 divide
x= 1/6                                    simplify
your answer is 1/6

(6x+2)^2=36x^2+Bx+4 How Would You Answer That. I'm Not That Good At Algebra.
Verizon [17]

Let's multiply out the equation 6x+2 times 6x+2 using the square. Draw a 2 by 2 bow and put the equation across the bottom and verically. Multiply across to get this. 6x times 6x =36x^2 6x times two =12x do it again and get 12x. 2*2=4. That means x would equal 24.

4. Lucy is k years old. She has a sister who is three years younger than she is and
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

4k - 8

Step-by-step explanation:

Lucy is k years old so we know k is an important part of this problem.
Sister 1 is 3 years younger, so she is k - 3 years old.
Sister 2 is 5 years less than twice Lucy's age therefore, she is 2k (twice Lucy's age) - 5 years old.
Now we have: k + (k - 3) + (2k - 5)
We can simplify like terms with the k's and get 4k. then we add (-3) and (-5) to get 4k - 8.

Hope this helps!
