Light year is the distance travelled by light in one year
In ancient times<em> China</em> was isolated because of the mountains and rivers, they had the Himalayas and the Gobi, as good barriers. They believed that were alone in the world. Living in isolation made difficult to govern there, because of the large areas they had. This made people lived in different parts of China, create their own culture and costumes too, dialects, and way of speaking.
Traditionalistic culture tends to see the government as an absolute ruler.
In the past, Government had the capability to impose iron fist law to a nation regardless of the opinion of the citizens.
In modern years, a term 'public servants' is much more suitable in describing the role of the Government, since the people are the one basically pay their salary.
