Many teens date outside of their race; it is quite common. However, the number of Interracial Marriages is still very low - 3%.

What is the change, events, conditions, etc. that allows teens to date outside of their race but prevents adults from marrying outside of their race?

I would say the world is becoming more tolerable to interracial relationships. It wasn't so common when adults were teenagers so that's why they got married to the same race. ope this helps, have an amazing day :)
