The primary intervention is to massage the fundus until it is firm and to express clots that may have accumulated in the uterus. Uplifting the client's legs and positioning the client on the side would not assist in managing uterine atony. Assertive on an uncontracted uterus can invert the uterus and cause massive hemorrhage. If the uterus is not constricted firmly.

I agree and disagree. I disagree because with out meat she would not have protein , but if she ate eggs, tofu, and cheese she would have the protein.

So its healthy if she eats the eggs todu and cheese, but its unhealthy ( for her muscles ) to not have any protein.
