It depends on how healthy a person is, I don't think it's on the age related although, advancing of age has a high risk of losing muscle mass, even young ones with underlying disease might have muscle loss.

Weight is a very large factor in are day to day lives. Unemployment-Unemployment can cause anxiety depression low confidence and low self esteem

Substance abuse-Substance abuse can create a mental addiction chemical dependencies bipolar depression and anxiety

Violence-Violence can cause PTSD depression bipolar disorder anger problems without a known source in young children and the inability to show remorse
