100% vinegar=20 ml

12 % vinegar=140 ml

Step-by-step explanation:

100 % x+12 %(160-x)=23 % of 160

x+0.12(160-x)=0.23*160

x+19.20-0.12 x=36.80

0.88 x=36.80-19.20

0.88 x=17.60

88 x=1760
