How would the end of the fairy tail Cinderella most likely change if the prince were not motivated to find the owner of the glas

The ending would a little heartbreaking, I️ think :( If the Prince had decided that it wasn’t worth all the hassle to chase down the girl who walked on glass just to dance with him, Cinderella would have ended up remaining enslaved to her step-family, would more then likely never get the chance to find true love again, and the Prince would’ve ended up marrying some Princess or other royal that his father, the king, arranged. Which would mean the Prince never found his own true love, Cinderella.
