Answer: Gods above us, all thanks to Hammurabi.

Explanation: We should remember/know that Hammurabi bringed with him a polyteist system of religion. Which means that there were several of Gods in the Babylonian empire. All of them were considered ruthless, evil, cruel. Centuries in the past there were religions that cast th existence of one single God, on solo. according to the torah ,why did Egypt's pharaoh mistrust the Israelites and why did he free them from slavery to leave egypt
Irina18 [472]

First, the Torah or “the book of the Law of Moses” is a book that belongs to the religion of Judaism and forms all the basis for the rules and practices of the religion. In this book it is stated that the Israelites had a different believed, as they believed in monotheism, from the Egyptian pharaoh. Nevertheless, the pharaoh didn’t let them free, on the opposite, he became mistrustful of them, as their population increased, and made them work as slaves. Nevertheless, God send horrible suffering to every firstborn Egyptian son; plagues of insects, sickness and death. Finally, this led up to the pharaoh changing his mind, letting Moses guide the Israelites out of Egypt. Hope this helps!

Explain why the supreme court’s decision in plessy v. Ferguson was unconstitutional?
BartSMP [9]

Answer:

Plessy v. Ferguson was unconstitutional because it legalised segregation.

Explanation:

Plessy vs. Ferguson was important supreme court case in which the court ruled that if the separate services offered to the blacks is equal to the ones provided to the white Americans then it doesn't violates the constitution, It couldn't be considered as a violation of the constitution. This ruling sanctioned the Jim Crows Laws that prevented the African Americans from sharing public facilities. It was unconstitutional because it allowed the segregation.

While in Brown v. Board of Education(1954) it ruled that the segregation in public schools was unconstitutional even if the segregated schools were on par with the white schools. The court upheld that segregation violated the 14th amendment.
