All sides of a triangle add up to 180 degrees. Since we know one angle is 93 degrees, we know that the top part is going to equal 180 degrees. We know that two of those measurements are 93 and 45, so we add those together to get 138. We subtract this from 180 to find the missing angle, which is 42 degrees. So, the left side of the triangle is equivalent to 45 degrees and the right side (x) is 42 degrees. 93 + 45 + 42 = 180. If it was asking for the measurements of the supplementary angles to the bottom angles of the triangle, then those would be (for 45) 135 and (for 42) 138, that way both angles and their supplements add up to 180 each. I hope this helps and that it’s right

If sec= 5/3 and the terminal point determined by is in quadrant 4, then
OLga [1]
\bf sec(\theta)=\cfrac{1}{cos(\theta)}\\\\
-----------------------------\\\\
sec(\theta)=\cfrac{5}{3}\implies \cfrac{1}{cos(\theta)}=\cfrac{5}{3}\implies \cfrac{3}{5}=cos(\theta)
\\\\\\
\textit{now, }\theta\textit{ is in the 4th quadrant}

so... notice the picture below, the angle in the fourth quadrant
now... notice, the cosine is just the distance the angle makes with the x-axis
so... using the pythagorean theorem, get the opposite side, from that triangle, keeping in mind that, "y" is negative in the 4th quadrant

once you get "y", get any other trigonometry value you need :)

Draw a figure with the given perimeter. 6 units
erica [24]
<span>We have to draw a figure with a perimeter 6 units. If we want to draw a rectangle it can`t be a 3 by 2 because it has a perimeter 2*2 + 2*3 = 4 + 6 = 10 units. It must be a 2 by 1 rectangle ( 2*2 + 2*1 = 4 + 2 = 6 units ).</span>
