I would set time aside during my vacation to exercise. I would tell my friends that exercising is an important priority in my life and that I would need to schedule time during vacation to exercise. I would also ask them if they would like to join me in my exercising during vacation. They may even pick up some good exercising habits along the way.

Example of a personal epiphany?
Maurinko [17]

Often, an epiphany begins with a small, everyday occurrence or experience. For example: In the middle of a typical argument with his wife, a man realizes he has been the one causing every single argument, and that in order to keep his marriage, he must stop being such an aggressive person.

So in spite of her reputation worries, in the end she becomes friends with dying Myra.
