The most correct answer is D because the 100 days refers directly to the days after FDR's inauguration, where he gathered his cabinet and began one of the most extensive reformations of the law. However, he was sworn in on one of the worst days of the Great Depression (March 4,1933) when the market had declined 85% from its high point in 1929. So, even though the 100 days doesn't directly refer to the low point of the Great Depression, it is very closely tied to it. In the end, I believe the correct answer is D
