Communication is a useful tool to better understand each other's ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc. To promote a better communication with these individuals, always note that communication is not always about being able to speak but being able to listen as well.

Answer:

In order to develop better communication one should be aware of the tone of voice, body language, or phrasing of the messages conducted via face to face or through cell phone. In this case, nonverbal communication is also essential as the gestures can negate the words and sincerity.

One needs to be familiar with what one says in order to make sure that the receiver attains the wanted result. Good communication inhibits misunderstandings, allows individuals to express themselves, and to develop healthy relationships.
