Hands only CPR is CPR without mouth-to mouth. In other words, only compressions are done. This is done when you see an adult or teen collapse when you are not in a hospital-setting. This is a type of CPR that is done by bystanders, when things go wrong at work, parks, or anywhere in fact. It can save lives.

Hands on CPR is actually either actual CPR or just practice on a dummy as if it were a real situation that would need it
