What’s the difference between medium-range training and LSD training? What are the benefits of the starter phase of a fitness pr
jasenka [17]

1. Medium-range training involves periods of 10 to 30 minutes of high-intensity exercise at

90 to 100 percent TI. This training is a type of “racing” workout. LSD training is an activity

that’s performed at a low intensity and can be sustained indefinitely. It teaches the body

to burn fat and creates endurance. LSD training should exceed 30 minutes.

2. The starter phase allows the body to get used to the idea of exercise and to avoid soreness

and injury, and it allows individuals time to experiment until they find the program

that works best for them.

prisoha [69]

Answer:

The correct option is d) arthritis

Explanation:

In general, any disorder related to joints or the tissues around them is termed as arthritis. As it relates to joint disorders, arthritis has nothing to do with elevated stress- related hormones. Hence, option d is the correct option.

Other options, like option A is correct because prolonged stress results in hypertension. Diseases such as blood pressure fluctuations or diabetes have also known to be related to prolonged stress conditions.

Do you think the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) should reduce social distancing in schools from 6 feet to 3 fe
Tomtit [17]

Answer:

I personally think they should reduce it from 6 feet to 3 feet because: Normally we stay 6 feet apart in case someone sneezes or coughs,(In schools also, not just in public), but there is no need to stay that far away; 3 to 4 feet is enough. Plus, in schools, friends want to socialize more, but that is not easily done when you are 6 feet apart. And, you do get tested a lot if you go to school, so if someone has virus symtoms, they probly will stay home and not go to school.

Hope this helps, and have a good day.
