Owners branded cattle that roamed freely, and then cowboys rounded them up.

Explanation:

The system of open-ranching allowed the cattle to graze over large stretches of land and allowed to balance the availability of grass for all the cattle grazing.

The owner of the cattle did not have to do much to feed them as they wandered around large areas and took care of their own by eating ample grass.

Before the winters arrived, the cowboys used to identify their cattle from the identifying marks made on their bodies and bring them back to the ranch.

DrPepper is a carbonated soft drink. It was created in the 1880s by pharmacist Charles Alderton in Waco, Texas, and first served around 1885. Dr Pepper was first nationally marketed in the United States in 1904 and is now also sold in Europe, Asia, North and South America, and Australia, as well as New Zealand and South Africa as an imported good. Variants include Diet Dr Pepper and, beginning in the 2000s, a line of additional flavors.
