Water is a special liquid we all know of. We use this liquid known as water to keep us hydrated or alive yes we could stay alive off of coke, pepsi, or mnt dew. But if we did it would have major consequences on our lives most of those other liquids have tons of sugars and calories per serving while water is simple and helps the body our body is made up of 60% water so if we didn't have it the other 40% percent of our body couldn't survive. Water is a chemical compound and is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom so while it is hydrating us it is created out of one other key thing we need to survive. This special liquid can also be in two other forms ice and gas in which metts extreme cold and extreme heat to reach these new stages.

What is the equilibrium condition in which a gas holds all the water vapor molecules that it can?
faust18 [17]

The equilibrium state of a gas when it can hold all the molecules of water vapor is known as saturation.

Which three equilibrium conditions apply?

A solid substance subjected to three forces with divergent lines of action is in equilibrium if all three of the following three circumstances hold true:

 • Coplanar action lines are present (in the same plane)
 • The paths of action have come together (they cross at the same point)
 • These forces add up to a vector with a total of zero.

What are equilibrium's first and second conditions?

An object must satisfy two requirements of equilibrium in order to maintain static equilibrium.

 • First, there must be no net force acting on the item.
 • Second, there must be no net torque pulling on the object.

The coordination compound Co3[Cr(CN)6]2 contains Co2+ cations and a complex anion. What is the likely oxidation state for Cr in
otez555 [7]

Answer:

-3

Explanation:

The oxidation state or oxidation number of an atom is the total number of electrons that an atom either gains or loses in order to form a chemical bond with another atom.

The complex anion here is [Cr(CN)6]3-.

Now, as the oxidation state of CN or cyanide ligand is -1, and if we suppose the oxidation state of Cr to be 'x', then; x - 6 = -3 (overall charge on the anion),

so x= +3. Hence the oxidation state of Chromium in this complex hexacyanochromium (III) anion comes out to be -3.

List three criteria used to identify a cold front.
zaharov [31]

Answer:

Explanation:

A cold front is a transition zone from warm air masses to cold air masses. We use weather elements to identify cold fronts.

 1. Temperature: Since air moves from warm masses to cold masses, the air in a cold front is at different temperatures. The air behind a cold front is warm while the one ahead is cold. This implies that within a cold front is at different temperatures.
 2. Precipitation: Prior to the passing of cold front, precipitation is usually rife with low showers. A coldfront in itself is usually accompanied by heavy rainfall full of thunderstorms and lightening. After a coldfront, the showers steadies and decreases.
 3. Pressure changes: before a coldfront, the atmospheric pressure decreases steadily. When the front arrives, the pressure further lowers with a sharp increase thereafter. After the front, the pressure can continue to increase.
