1. A person who’s running lands on one foot with all of his or her body weight, multiplied two to three times by the forces of gravity and forward momentum. With this kind of hammering, it’s no surprise that injuries occur.

2.Studies have shown that a number of psychological factors might predispose an athlete to an acute injury. If you’re overly “psyched out” by the importance you place on the number of repetitions you can do or the number of games you win, or if the environmental conditions in which you must perform aren’t ideal (“it’s too windy/cold/hot”), your psychological state could detract from your performance and put you at risk for injury. If you’re already injured and are still engaging in activity, this, too, can be a distraction that puts you at greater risk.

Answer:

1. When running on one foot directly vertical to the ground, gravitational force and forward momentum affects to the whole body. This leads to muscle imbalance and ultimately can cause to injuries.

2. Mental alertness help to perform the necessary actions at the right time at right place which help to prevent from injuries and reduce to adverse the effect of further injuries.

Explanation:

When a person is running against the land on one foot; sensing body weight is pretty much higher than the actual body weight because of the gravitational force and forward momentum. This leads to muscle imbalance and ultimately can cause to injuries. Knowing the factors that raise the risk of injuries and the precautions and prevention methods will help to prevent from injuries and reduce the adverse effect of further injuries.

Further explanation:

 • When running against the land, always one foot is tolerating the weight of the body which is really uncomfortable for the bones and joints of the foot. When a person is running, gravitational force and forward momentum affects to the body and this leads to sense a higher body weight which is pretty much higher than that of the actual body weight. This leads to the muscle imbalance and injuries like tissue and muscle tearing and bone cracking.
 • In running all the shocks should have to be absorbed by bones and joints.
 • Brain is continuously receiving signals from the body and external environment that can dramatically affect to the movement. This two-way body brain communication is called as motor control and motor learning which can used to prevent from injuries. Mental alertness can be improved by training the brain into correct input and output signals. Correct signals can leads to better performances and wrong signals may leads to injuries and adverse the effects of the further injuries.
 • Paying attention to the movement that we are making will improve the performances and reduce the risk of getting injured and adverse the effect of further injuries.

D.) Washed your hands first.

It is D.) because when you wash your hands first you're getting all the germs, dirt, or whatever is on your hands, off. Then you go back and put hand sanitizer to then in a sense "clean" it more. Plus who knows what is on that paper towel you just dried your hands with.

Which aspects of ecosystem do the festivals and habits of the people indicate ?
svetlana [45]

Answer:

see down

Explanation:

Dynamic aspects of an ecosystem are mineral cycles and energy flow. Mineral cycles are biogeochemical cycles through which there is exchange or circulation of nutrients in the biosphere. Energy flow occurs in a unidirectional manner in an ecosystem from lower trophic levels to higher trophic levels. Through these dynamic aspects, biotic and abiotic components of an ecosystem are connected. Biotic components are living part of the environment which include producers, consumers and decomposers whereas abiotic components are non living part of the environment which include light, water, temperature etc.
