<span>Anaerobic is the kind of</span> exercise that does not require the use of oxygen to metabolize energy. Anaerobic focuses more on muscle strength exercises such as lifting. Though it requires energy still it can be performed with less air.
My answer would be to make sure to include the F.I.T.T principle (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type). I am not completely sure if it is correct so correct me if I am incorrect.
