The ending balance for March would be $85,700.

You would create a T-account for accounts payable and since accounts payable is a liability, you would credit the beginning balance. The purchases made during the month are also credited because you are increasing the amount in the liability. The $10,700 would not be included because this is unearned revenue and while it is a liability, it does not classify as accounts payable. The $37,800 would be debited since you are decreasing the liability by paying part of it off.

Once doing so, you add up the amounts on the right side and deduct the amounts on the left: (78,200+45,300)-37,800=85,700

The study of organizational behavior will assist in understanding how people of different profiles and personalities will behave according to their functions and groupings.

In a practical illustration, managers can analyze the organizational structure to align their decisions and increase their control. In organizations with a decentralized structure, managers can set up decision-making units to evaluate new ideas and innovative concepts.

Organizational policies and procedures must also be developed comprehensively, and firstly complied with by the company's leadership, so that each employee feels ethically protected and has as an example how to act and work in that organization.

It is also necessary to have a well-established communication system, so that there is no noise and so that the information is shared in an ideal way.

Finally, integrating ethical work with technologies that make work easier and faster are some techniques that can help managers to maximize business success.
