The most basic step that allow scientists to develop questions about something is the observation, by observing things doubts will emerge. This will lead to the next step that is asking questions. In this way your research problem will be more accurate and therefore easier to study. The following steps are: form an hypotesis, make a prediction based on the hypotesis and test the prediction.
