If the measure of angle 4 is 94°, each angle congruent to it will be 94°. Angles 2, 4, 6, and 8 are the same and the angles 1, 3, 5, and 7 are the same. The straight line (I believe it's a transversal) divides the parallel lines and it is slightly tilted, which is why angles 2, 4, 6, and 8 are 94° instead of 90°.

The angle of say, 2 and 3 added, is equal to 180° which makes it supplementary. That means if we know angle 2 is 94°, we can subtract that from 180° to find the angle of 3 and the subsequent odd angles. 180 - 94 = 86 so angles 1, 3, 5, and 7 are 86°.

Hope this helps

Two math students were asked to write an exponential growth equation that had a starting value of 300 and a growth rate of 2%. P
Gemiola [76]

Answer:

Pierre is right

Step-by-step explanation:

The correct formula for Exponential growth rate is given as:

y = a( 1 + r) ^t

Where

y = Amount after time t

a = Initial amount

r = Growth rate

t = time

From the question

a = 300

r = 2% = 0.02

Hence, our exponential growth rate =

y = 300( 1 + 0.02)^t

y = 300( 1.02)^t

Therefore, Pierre is right

A regular assignment has 15 sides.Calculate the size of each interior angle
MariettaO [177]

Answer:

The measure of an interior angle of a regular 15-gon is 120°.

Step-by-step explanation:

We need to determine the measure of the size of an interior angle of a regular 15-gon having 15 sides.

Thus,

The number of sides n = 15

Hence,

Using the formula to determine the measure of an interior angle of a regular 15-gon is given by

(n - 2) × 180° = n × interior angle

substitute n = 15

(15 - 2) × 180 = 15 × interior angle

13 × 180 = 15 × interior angle

Interior angle = (10 × 180) / 15

                      = 1800 / 15

                      = 120°

Therefore, the measure of an interior angle of a regular 15-gon is 120°.
