Respected Sir,
Subject: Poor service of the restaurant.
I, a costumer of Palace Plaza, would like to file a complaint against the poor service of the restaurant.
l am a regular takeout costumer and l love the fast food being prepared here. l also recommended this restaurant to many of my friends and family relatives. but, this is the first time l have come to the restaurant as a person. to avoid intense waiting for the table, i had booked a table near the fountain window. when l reached the restaurant i could find that the table had been occupied by a different costumer. i had to wait some time up to get the table free and clean. not only the delay l had to wait up but there was also delay in the arrival of the food.
i would like to thank you for hearing my concerns and l really look forward towards the next visit. i hope you would take my words into consideration.
yours truly,
--name--,
costumer of palace plaza.
Answer: C. A statement that answers a question about something and may or may not be true
Explanation: A statement essentially arguable, but used as a primary point to support or prove an argument is called a claim. If somebody gives an argument to support his position, it is called “making a claim.” Different reasons are usually presented to prove why a certain point should be accepted as logical.
